Over 30 years' senior editorial experience

Kim is an experienced editor. She worked for Which?, the largest consumer organisation in the UK, for 20 years.

This included four years as managing editor of Which? magazine and five years as managing editor of Holiday Which? magazine and editor of the annual Which? Hotel Guide.

Kim also spent a year as a full-time editorial consultant on the launch of Which? magazine in India. Working with an Indian publisher and editorial agency, she launched Right Choice in June 2009. Like Which?, Right Choice contains no advertising, relying on rigorous testing and impartial research to provide consumers with information they can trust - a unique concept in India.

Working with the local community

Kim is a trustee of a local residents' charity, Friends of Windmill Gardens, which offers tours of the only surviving windmill in inner London. She maintains their website and blog, produces their electronic newsletters and does some of their social media on a voluntary basis.

She is also a voluntary director of Makerhood, a social enterprise that promotes the work of makers in Lambeth, and runs her own blog, Flextiles, charting her work as a textile artist.

As recognition of the contribution she has made to the local community, Kim, along with co-directors of Makerhood Karen Martin and Kristina Glushkova, was awarded a Lambeth Champion in 2012.
